Many of us rely on comparison to determine our own self-worth. But you may have also noticed that, no matter what you change about yourself, it never seems to be enough. There is always someone you deem prettier, more successful, or happier than you. As long as you’re stuck in the comparison trap, sadly you’ll never realize the beauty and power of simply being yourself. In today’s solocast, I’ll help you become consciously aware of our comparison culture and how to let it go. It’s time to break the cycle and learn to love ourselves—and others—just as we are.

What if I told you that re-defining your relationship to self-care could be the key to changing your relationship to yourself and to your life? Have you been wanting to try meditation for a long time but you’ve felt overwhelmed or unsure why you can’t commit to a daily practice? Although the power of meditation has been proven to help us foster self-love, quiet the voice of self-doubt, and increase your sense of compassion, it can also lead us to confronting our shadows and unpleasant feelings. In this episode, I sit down with Megan Monahan, a meditation expert and spiritual teacher who works with individuals and companies to help them incorporate the power of meditation into their daily lives and discuss the freedom that exists on the other side when we witness what we become when we sit with ourselves. Megan also shares how you can elevate your life within just a few days by incorporating a few powerful daily practices that she shares in our conversation.

Feeling burned out? You’re not alone. Finding harmony and well-being is often a challenge when we have become so accustomed to the societal “rules” of when we should work, how we should work, and what expectations to place on ourselves. In this episode, I’m sitting down with Courtney Peacock, a holistic business coach who helps entrepreneurs discover harmony in every area of their life by rethinking their relationship with themselves first. We discuss how to navigate moments of stress and reinvent our belief systems in order to step further into empowered leadership roles. So often, the endless hustle leaves even the most successful people feeling unfulfilled, wondering “Where did all my time go?” If you’re ready to break free from cultural conditioning and start to create abundance for yourself, you don’t want to miss this incredible episode.

Have you ever felt that you are living in a simulated reality? Everywhere we look—from social media to news stations to media outlets—we are plagued with content that has the ability to cause anxiety and stress. Without the right mindfulness practices, it is all too easy to find ourselves addicted to the chaos but without a true understanding of why. So what’s the way out? Disconnection: By disconnecting from the noise and reconnecting to the people we love, the earth, the planet, and to our humanity as a whole. In this week’s solo mindset shift, I’m diving deep into the importance of disconnecting in order to reconnect with ourselves—so that our desires shift to spending time in experiences that serve our highest good.

For years, I struggled with breast implant illness—and time and time again, doctors struggled to identify what was causing my symptoms. Most of my tests were normal and doctors kept saying it was all in my head. But I knew, deep down, something was wrong—and when I began going inward and listening to my intuition, I started receiving guidance. In this week’s solo mindset shift, I’m diving deep into the importance of going within and disconnecting from the noise to hear your own intuition—all while listening to the wisdom of your body to receive the answers to so many seemingly impossible health challenges.
