2020 has reminded us that we still have a lot of work to do in recognizing and confronting our own internal biases and prejudices—and recognizing the importance of speaking up about anti-racism initiatives and promoting diversity and inclusion, particularly in the workplace. There is simply no one better to discuss how we can embody inclusivity than Pamela Fuller, an incredible leader working at the forefront of these challenges. Pamela’s work has always been tied to issues of inclusion with an emphasis on exploring the impacts of bias and pushing for progress within large organizations. For over 15 years, Pamela has worked in both the public and private sector, supporting clients and solving complex problems. She currently serves as FranklinCovey's Thought Leader, Inclusion and Bias as well as a Global Client Partner responsible for supporting some of the organization’s most strategic accounts. Today, host Sarah Anne and Pamela sit down to dive deep into the impact of our biases and how we, as individuals, can push up against our mindset limitations—and embody progress for an anti-racist future. Further, they discuss building connection through empathy, curiosity, and courage—and how we can all feel empowered to take action during this critical time.
